Hi, I’m Kate
I have founded Kateology AI Studio, a digital education and empowerment hub for women entrepreneurs who are done spinning their wheels and ready to lead their businesses with clarity, confidence, and intention.
This work is personal for me.
I’m a mom, raising my son while carrying all the roles that come with it: mother, provider, guide, decision-maker. When life asked more of me than I ever expected, I knew I had to build a business that gave me freedom, not someday, but now.
Freedom to be present. Freedom to choose. Freedom to design a life where success didn’t come at the cost of what mattered most.
Long before “solopreneur” became a buzzword, I was already living it, building a flexible business that allowed me to work when it made sense, so I could show up fully for school trips, milestones, and the everyday magic of motherhood. I believe the real goal isn’t asking.
Can I make this work? It’s asking. Do I want to? That’s the kind of freedom I want for every woman building a business on her own terms.
Professionally, I bring over 15 years of experience in marketing, technology, and digital strategy. I’ve taught in-person courses on marketing strategy, event planning, digital marketing, and social media. I’ve worked as a Marketing Director and Brand Director inside organizations, and I’ve built and led my own businesses as a founder. Across every role, one truth has stayed constant: businesses grow faster, and feel better, when their messaging is clear, human, and aligned.
I’ve been working with AI for long before it became mainstream. Today, AI is more intuitive and accessible than ever, and that changes everything.

This is a space where things are different. No jargon. No ego. No tech-for-tech’s-sake. Just practical systems, thoughtful strategy, and tools that support you, not replace you.
Through courses, hands-on workshops, smart automation strategies, and a growing community, I help solopreneurs and small business owners simplify their marketing, scale sustainably, and build businesses that work with their lives, not against them. Alongside my work in business, community is where my heart lives. I founded the Amazing Kids Foundation to support children who have lost a parent across the Sea to Sky Corridor in beautiful British Columbia, including Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton, because I believe community supporting community is how real impact happens.
